Each level provides clear guidance for parents and caregivers to model, discuss, and reinforce values that help children grow into thoughtful, capable leaders.

2. Read the Definition (Just a Few Minutes): Spend a few minutes reading the week’s definition together. The language is clear and age-appropriate, making big leadership ideas easy for young minds to understand.
3. Explore Why It Matters: Right after the definition, children discover why the concept is important in real life. This helps them connect their choices to how others feel and how their actions make a difference.
4. Try the Leadership Challenge: Put the concept into action through a simple leadership challenge. These real-life moments help children practice what they’ve learned in meaningful ways.
5. Reflect Together: Use the reflection question to spark conversation. This is where deeper understanding and connection begin to grow.

As a millennial mom navigating the challenges of raising children in a complex world, I created this series to help families be more intentional, not perfect.
