📦 NexGen Leadership Lab™ Return Policy

At NexGen Leadership Labâ„¢, every guide is thoughtfully printed and packaged to support families on their leadership journey. Because of the nature of our products, we keep our return policy simple and fair.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nexgenll.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.


Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used guides

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout

If a replacement is not available for a damaged or incorrect item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order.


Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute packages.
