About NexGen Leadership Lab™

NexGen Leadership Lab™ was created by a mom raising three young daughters alongside her husband, united by a shared commitment to building character, connection, and confidence at home.

In a world that often prioritizes achievement over empathy and speed over reflection, she began developing simple weekly leadership practices to help her children grow into thoughtful, resilient, and emotionally intelligent leaders.

What started as meaningful conversations around the dinner table (about integrity, accountability, initiative, and discipline) has grown into a resource designed to support families and classrooms seeking to nurture not just successful children, but good humans. These early conversations revealed something powerful: when children are given the language and space to practice leadership, they rise to it.

Because leadership isn’t taught in one big moment.
It’s built through the small choices we practice every day.

Designed for Real Life

Each level was intentionally created as an eight-week arc, with concepts carefully sequenced to build understanding and confidence step-by-step.

Rather than overwhelming families with unrealistic year-long commitments, we built in meaningful pauses. Moments to acknowledge progress, reflect on growth, and begin again with renewed confidence when your family is ready.

Like many families, we are balancing school, sports, friendships, and the everyday pace of life. Eight weeks felt achievable. Eight weeks felt sustainable.

No perfect schedules. No complicated prep. Just meaningful moments that help children practice leadership in everyday situations.

A Vision Beyond the Home

Our hope is that these simple practices support not only families, but also classrooms, communities, and future leadership programs. Places where children can grow into compassionate, capable leaders the world truly needs.

Because our world doesn’t just need smart kids; it needs good humans.
